Shipping Terms

Shipping costs will be based on the weight of each product. Please allow one week for me to process, package, and ship your order. You will receive a tracking number once shipped, and orders will take up to 5-7 business days. If you would like your order sooner, please email me with your order number and I will be happy to assist you.

If you would like to do a local pick up from my studio, please attach a note with LOCALPICKUP at checkout. We can arrange a day that works for both of us for you to pick up.

If you are international, please note that international shipping rates are more expensive, and additional fees may occur.

Returns

All sales are final unless a pieces arrives damaged. If a piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it with pictures attached.

You are purchasing handmade pieces therefore, variation in size and color is to be expected from order to order. Color and size are photographed to be as accurate as possible.

Care

These pieces are dishwasher safe, however, please be mindful that they are handmade and should be handled with care. Hand-washing recommended.
